I currently don't, but I rip models from (mainly) Call of Duty games and compile them for Left 4 Dead 2. Sometimes I take liberties with the models, as to make them more realistic. I'm looking forward to learn to make my own models and animations.

Depends. There are several export formats available, such as SMD or OBJ. Textures are DDS, however Wraith Archon converts them to PNGs.
