Hmm, I kinda gave up on remembering it for all of the hundreds of websites and having a different login for some to keep it less encompassing if they figure out one. The chrome password thing seems to be pretty good across multiple computers like I do. Hope that helps

Luckily I had a car I could borrow when my last one wasn't working. The last one barely got me around considering all the issues I had with it...replacing the transmission line, leaking fluid that then froze on my shifter, electrical issues all over the place, rust on the entire underside of the car, replacing the entire fuel wiring by removing the gas tank, starter issues that involved towing the vehicle over and replacing the start and alternator and getting a new key, more issues I can't think of off-hand I'm sure, and at the very end it would make random ca-chunk ca-chunk, ca-chunk sounds randomly...even the place I sold it to I haven't seen it for sale on their website.
My new car is a damn weird car by a mile of most anything you can buy, but I definitely won't complain just on the price and mpg facts alone. I'm pretty weird myself so I guess it suits me

Yeah I had a friend who took a semester over sea's and lent me their car while they were out of country so I could go to my doctor's appointments etc which was helpful... but I basically rebuilt the engine on my Volkswagen Jetta TurboDiesel over the course of a few months after I diagnosed its major problems and got the parts. Took it on a 2600 mile roadtrip the other week and my repair job went just fine thankfully haha. Also I hear you on that, good MPG is where its at helps save a lot of money. I get about 52 mpg on the Highway after rebuilding and retuning the Jetta TDI.

Wow...that is QUITE a long trip and amazing mpg for any vehicle. And I thought I was getting good numbers out of this one: www.fuelly.com/car/smart/fortw… I got it at the start of this year and I'm on fill-up number 2 currently.
But those numbers don't get up to 52, it sounds like you're using some magic mojo on it. I'm guessing it's an old one based on those numbers and what fuelly says.
I don't think I'd ever trust myself to fix a vehicle without a ton of training. Although talking with friends and such I was getting some great guesses on what the issues were...even when the mechanic disagreed and later came around to agreeing with us later.
Sounds like you know what you're doing though, we might see each other at the pump 1 time during our lifetime XD

I've been dealing with a lot of similar stuff too. Got robbed at the place I work while I was the one on duty, had a hobo come out of the woods and show me his 'stabbing stick' and military light that 'might blind someone' and then shine it in my eyes. I also had to pay over $1,000 to get my car battery to....hopefully hold a charge. Currently when I'm trying to charge it up it comes up as 'low.'
But I don't think it's a contest, if it gets to a point where it really is messing with you maybe it's time to take a bit of a vacation.
