Thank you for asking! Volume 6 was by far my favourite volume yet.  I really enjoyed so many aspects of it.  The animation was gorgeous.  Silver eyes were explored, we saw Summer Rose, we got partial closure between Yang and Blake, we saw Adam's face, Neo returned and had a beautiful fight sequence...the list goes on.  The universe also seemed to expand, with the new knowledge of Salem and all.  Honestly, this volume feels so long because so much material was packed into it.  

I really liked how certain episodes made me feel suspense, like with the Apathy.  I also liked how we got some light-hearted scenes.

I'm definitely sad that it is over, but I'm really satisfied with it, unlike I have been with certain past volumes.  I don't mind waiting for volume 7 because the quality was worth it.  This is also the first season I have watched since I started making fanart of the show.  I am much more invested in it and the characters than I was for past years, which adds to my positive experience with this volume.

All in all, I am so happy with this volume, and really, there are too many elements to tackle;  But if you were interested in talking about a particular aspect or event in this volume, just let me know!   What are your thoughts on this volume?

Sorry for getting back so late; I got busy and forgot to respond.

Anyway, for me I agree that Vol. 6 is one of the best volumes. It really took a lot of risks in regards to what happened and it’s great we finally get some character development from the “villains”! Even if it was only minor for the majority of them, it is great to see that they aren’t going to just be out-and-out bad guys with no empathy or morals. It makes me excited to see what will happen next—especially Salem, since we don’t really know yet what she plans to do with her allies or how much they really know about her.

Plus, I don’t know about you, but I think there was kind of a running motif this arc in regards to Knowledge. Like, the fourth volume dealt with the characters coming to know more of the truth behind Ozpin and Salem, the fifth expanded on the rules and realities regarding Maidens and Relics, and the sixth began to show the full story. Makes me wonder if every arc that deals with a relic will have themes pertaining to that relic’s sphere of influence (besides the first three volumes, since I think those were more of an introduction than anything).

I will be honest that there were a couple of things that I felt weren’t as good as the rest, but they are relatively minor and can be fixed up in later volumes. I could drop a note if you are interested in talking about them.

All in all, this was a fantastic volume and I'm excited to see what happens next!
