Hello! I remember reading your Sonic fanfiction way back when, and I've been reading Saving Zim, which is becoming one of my favorites as well.
I heard Panacea got deleted due to some error with the site, but what happened to Porcelain? Did you not feel happy about the way the story was headed?
Do you still have these fanfics stored somewhere, or are they lost forever?

Yeah it still annoys me about FFN's glitches with Panacea. It's happened a few times before, but never to just eating what I had in my FFN files. Luckily it hasn't happened since. But yeah... Porcelain. I felt like it was the ugly duckling of my work, and I was never happy with it, and the ending was less than great. I know we all improve as writers, and that it's good to look back to see how far we've come, but I felt like Porcelain was a poor example of my efforts and talent, and the less than happy feedback helped push this decision in the end. Yes, I still have it stored somewhere (I hope - truth be told I haven't looked but I was pretty good at backing up all my stories on various USB sticks - Panacea included - I def have that somewhere).
And thanks for asking! I love hearing about anything concerning the stories I've made through the years - and its lovely to have someone thinking about them!!!

I understand how you weren't very happy with Porcelain. It seems to be an issue that fanfiction writers have that there's going to be a story they wrote that they ended up not liking, and the feedback wasn't the best either. I had the same issue with a Darkwing Duck fanfiction I wrote, although a few of my friends liked it I was ultimately not happy with the outcome, as I thought it dragged on too long, the characters felt OOC to me, etc. I still have it in my Google Drive though.
You said you might have them stored somewhere, especially Panacea. Is there any chance of bringing them back, or storing them somewhere like Drive, or would you prefer not to that?

Sorry for the slow response, I've been working nonstop over the week, and I work all weekend too! Oooh you wrote a Darkwing Duck story? Gosh I remember loving the socks off that cartoon when it first aired on Disney! I couldn't get enough of it! I'm glad you have it stored. It's funny how stories can start off okay, and that we seem happy with them, but idk I guess things go off-road sometimes. Especially when you have an idea: a goal, and then it changes. But it's good that we experiment and try, and that these stories get created - so we know what to look for, and what we can achieve the next time from any mistakes from pervious attempts. I gotta dash off again - I have no time!! XD But yes I have them stored. I can bring try and bring them back. I would like to have a go at rewriting them, so we'll see!!

Yes! I've written several DWD fanfics as well as made fanart. It's a great series! And true thing with fanfiction---same goes with fanart too honestly. You think you've got the idea downpat, then everything changes in the middle of it and you gotta re-do it all over again or you don't feel like doing that so it ends up a mess :/
Please do try to bring them back if you can, and rewriting them sounds like a great idea! No rush at all~ Thank you again!
