Thanks! anyways, the story is about a new breed/species of wolves has appeared in the world, thanks to scientific regeneration and genetic alterations between humans and wolves. there r 2 types of wolves in the world now. Theres the original wolves, which r the wolves u see everyday, with 4 legs and covered in fur. Then theres the new breed, the Alternative wolves, which r a combination of human DNA and genes, wgich is wat gives them their human bodies and faces, but with wolf features, such as the ears, tail and even the wolf eye markings.

its sorta based off of Elfen Lied, mainly becuz of the new species and becuz of how the main character is treated. Anyways, the main character, Neya Imori, attends a high-class academy and is treated very badly by her peers just for the way she looks, not even considering wat shes been through in her life. Then, a human boy, yuki ashitawa, saves her from her suffering and falls in love with her. Even when he sees her in her Manifestation, or as the reverend and scientists called her "other form", he isnt scared of her

In the manga/anime, the place where the Alternative wolves live is called the Imperial Purgatorium, which is a castle in a premative dimension of the world where only the wolves know where it is. and the leader of the wolves is called the Vuk Voda, which is I think Portugese for Wolf Leader, he/she rules over the entire Imperial purgatorium, and can sometimes have spell-like powers, such as to create a barrior around their home

No, not necessarily, although the antagonist, Aiyomaru Urumashi, or Urumashi, is the current Vuk Voda of japan and is evil because he wants to rid the world of both human and of Original wolves, and even his own people, or anyone who will get in his way. There r 4 Imperial purgatoriums in the world with 4 Vuk Vodas, in the UK, Germany, Japan, and America.

Yep. The Manifestation is an alternate power or personality that all Alternative wolves r born with and have to learn to control at a certain age, it allows Alternative wolves(A-wolves for short)to gain access to there natual wolf instincts, meaning they become much stronger and faster to the point where they r seen as superhuman, even their eyes change to the same color as wolf eyes. A-wolves can use it at anytime, and however long they want, but its main purpose is to be used as a defense mechanism.

But anyways. When neya was 6 years old, she was with her friends and parents when military troops were sent to capture most of the A-wolves and bring them to their labs to experiment on and eventually kill off. Neya, going into her Manifestation, runs from the troops with her parents. But both her parents get shot and seemingly killed infront of Neya, she continues to run from the troops, but ends up falling off a small cliff and hits her head into the cliff face. Shes thought to be dead, but a few hours later she wakes up, only to have lost most of her memory, she doesnt know that she a wolf or that her parents were just killed infront of her, or that she had a manifestation. with her head bleeding out, she calls out for them, only to run into reverend James, the Reverend and owner of the Catholic orphanage, and he takes her in.

yes it is. about a month after Neya was taken into the orphanage, one night when her and some of the other children went to sleep, Neya was awoken by a pain in her chest. The pain is from her Manifestation beginning to merge with her body. If an A-wolf doesnt learn to control their Manifestation by a certain age, it will take control of their subconscious and eventually their whole body and existence. The other children hear her cries and try to figure out wats wrong, when one of the children comes near her, she stabs him through the chest with her hand, her eyes the same color as a wolf and her face with a scowl. She slaughters half of the children in the room. And when some of the children escape to get help, 3 of the 5 nuns who come to help them r also killed. When reverend James comes to see wat has happened, its too late, Neya is seen covered in blood from head to toe. When she unintensionally reverts back to normal, she sees wat has taken place only to realize that it was her who did this, and she is utterly devastated and breaks down into tears, while the reverend is in utter disgust
