I'm sorry, it's been too long. I've been back for a few months now, and I've been way too busy for anything DA related really, what with homework, finals, and my girlfriend.

No, summer break is not here yet. Next week on the thirteenth is when I get out. I should be getting my first job soon though, I had my interview yesterday.

As my trip goes, I'd be happy to tell you about it when I have more time, I'll be out for the day in a while and on my way home.

Life has been treating me well, and I am very happy.

One more week, yes. I'm incredibly excited. I'm currently learning to play Dungeons and Dragons, and I hope to play it with my friends over the summer. (That stuff is complicated though, I basically have a character and that's it.)

Ooh, D&D? Nice. I never was able to get my group into the more "serious" wargames like D&D or Warhammer, although I've tried to give myself a cursory knowledge of the two games. Around my house we generally stuck to the miniatures games (Axis and Allies Minis, Star Wars Minis) and the less serious wargames (Brikwars and HeroQuest).

By the way, the bro and I used to be really hard-core HeroQuest (ie "D&D Lite") gamers. We literally played through the entire HQ Revised Quest Book (some 120 quests) over the course of a year and a half! We were instrumental play-testers for Slev's HeroQuest Revised which we have played to absolute death.

If you're ever interested I can get you a literal TON of everything from missions to minions to magics. You'll find HQ a lot more streamlined and less complicated than D&D, it's a great game for railroading your casual gamer/nerd friends into playing on a weekly basis. Always a hit around my household!
