No idea. But if you look at their user page and the gallery, it's pretty obvious it's nothing but an alt account for the sole purpose of trolling. They joined this week, and most of their gallery is nothing but super small-res thumbnails, except for their first submission which is a screencap of a conversation they had with the person who they said closed their account.
