It is...but I didn't want to get into a huge legal battle or anything, so I just sort of let it go and moved on to another department. I'm an environmental studies major now in the Liberal Studies department, so I still get a lot of science, and I'm in a department that's more understanding and willing to work with me. I'll go back to paleontology in grad school ^_^
