I was staying with someone who lived there. We almost never went out. When we did we had to be back by 3pm. Went to the beach ONCE, and didn't even get to swim. Fast food (ie McDicks) for every meal and.. he forgot to tell me he had a GIRL friend before I got there!

Yes. We had long conversations, and I had always wanted to go to Australia. I figured having a local to show me around would be even more awesome. He had also agreed he would wait until November before he started pursuing a relationship with anyone. I got there in October.
