We might be hiding from nature currently but its beautiful face is beginning
to show itself after the gloom of winter, at least in the northern hemisphere
Perhaps the emotional lift spring gives will sustain us in the Covid-19 crisis. I hope my daffodil submission helped a little - thanks for faving Luar Stay safe...

We are in total lock down in the UK - with the exceptions of; infrequent but essential food shopping; one period of exercise outside daily, well away from any others; caring for those previously housebound; and for travel to vital work that can't be done at home. We are exceptionally grateful for the key workers of our health service
Basically, this means our weekend (and the coming weeks) will be reading, working on dA, watching television or revisiting our favourite DVDs. We are rapidly going through all the episodes of M.A.S.H. from the beginning. There were 255 episodes and a two hour finale - we are about 60 into it so far! Tomorrow we have a church service linked up on the computer. Luckily the weather has been beautifully sunny and we have a garden to sit and work in but it's hard not to feel sympathy for those who live in apartments and are really trapped, possibly alone, by the coronovirus.
We just have to hope those self-sacrificing medics, along with our governments, can beat this threat as quickly as possible

I see, I see. Currently people in America are acting as if we need to raid all toilet paper supply like food and water, I will never understand why when toilet paper is the least of the problem.
Hopefully this unnecessary panic stops, but I kinda doubt it will until the virus is gone.
In the U.K are your cases heavy or are they around as many as the rest of the world?

It's a little early to relate our statistics to those of other countries apparently, as frequency of testing may not be equal and obviously affects the death rate. The Government seem to think we are in some potential control with the lock down.
We have the same ridiculous panic buying, including the toilet rolls - why are people so selfish

If we were ever sane in the first place Human nature is unfortunately tilted towards selfish behaviour at the best of times. A famous preacher once said "Love thy neighbour as thy self"

Yep, but we've strayed further into our own self destruction and we're slowly dying due to so much mistreatment and harm to the planet. I feel so bad for the Earth and the animals.
