I actually bought wings like these [link] from a local shop (in Finland). Then I just spray painted them black and added a fake leather trim at the top edge to make them more 'bat like'. Then I sewed the wings onto the back of my jacket to keep them steady.

Hope this helped :) (Smile) and sorry for my english, it isn't perfect...
