There's a lot of things that you can do in a club/group
Anyone can make their own group/club~ How you do this is click the arrow next to the DeviantArt logo thing in the far upper left hand corner... and click on groups... then there should be an orange button near the search bar that says 'make a group' or something like that
You can make a group/fanclub for whatever thing you like
