Well, buddy, I'd tell you I'm glad I randomly decided to log back onto this site today and saw this comment because it made me laugh pretty hard. And thanks for the follow! Although if the art tag on tumblr didn't show it...I barely update this page here. But hey, maybe I'll start uploading my art here again who knows

Glad I garnered a chuckle.

To be honest I'm not all that different. Usually once I have a couple of askblog posts piled up, I go ahead and deviantart-ify them (usually just means glueing related frames them together) and also toss up any standalone pieces I've done as well. 

DA-submissions are more about being monolithic, whereas tumblr is more about getting gratification swiftly after doing a piece. I find them to be complimentary beacuse let's face it -- it's unusual for more than a page or two of someone's tumblr archive to really get browsed back on by anybody, whereas DA esp. now with the Related sidebar is much different.
