At work a lot of those people don't hug. I was going to hug one once and as I got close arms opened wide he said, "What the hell are you doing?" @.@ But at work a lot of times I joke around so I made them think it was a joke to save myself from embarrassment.

There is information on how to properly fill one out on each type of form. The different types should relate to what you want your wolf's main skill to be. Skills help with missions and can reward your character in different ways.
Your character does not have to start out as a puppy, but it will lose some advantages it can gain by completing the puppy stage.
