Is it a serious problem there? I guess I haven't had any art thieve issues yet so I probably underestimate the caution needed to prevent it.

Eh, as I know it happened many times that people pretend to be artists, stealing their artwork to make themselves famous... :/
It happened to 3 artists I know so this is the reason why I contacted you.

nowadays i work alot, in the time i was off DA i guess i found myself really. 
you must have just come back, because i checked in at some time?, i checked again when i was going through my old pics remembering who commented n stuff as well as who was still around.

you got a birthday coming up in 5 days. pick something out for me to draw you.
I won't make it in time for the actual date but it'll be in the works.

that works, i was considering a semi chibi style, since i don't exactly feel you mean her to be a pinup style character. with fanservice

i took a look at the video, jealous with how fluent you are on your topics and the editing.
one thing I'm curious of, was My hero acadamy an inspiration?
I've advanced my series a bit, but I haven't done any comics or anything. there are too many things up in the air for me to want to commit into something.

Sort of actually! I haven't watched it but my brother showed it to me and I thought there shoulda been an evil school too, and I had this lingering idea in my head about making fun of/parodying those typical pixie ass lovey dovey girly worlds. And I came up with Evil Villain Academy! 

It started off as just an idea that'd make a funny cartoon series, but now I actually got a sick ass plot developed. 

The editings not hard! I use HitFilm which is free and great. Only problem at all is zooming in on the timeline but it's better than Adobe AND it's free.

Well thank you! I'm far from perfect or really awesome but when I massively improved in a short time. What I did was. 

Did gesture drawings everyday - studied anatomy - perspective - color theory - etc. 

I need to do this all again as I haven't drawn in years and I'm only recently back. 

I'm looking to find a 3d program too so I can just use a reference for everything. 
Before I had a stubborn artist mind and I would think "I need no help! I will do it all with my mind!" 

but now I have more of a business mindset and I think why would I reinvent the wheel when there is a picture out there of the pose hand etc I'm trying to draw. It can speed things up. 

hardest thing for me is understanding how light works and that's why I still only use cell shading. I don't delve that deep to get into painting type shading and coloring. Theres a huge huge margin of error there that isn't in cell shading I feel.
