# About me

I've been drawing and painting as a hobby for years, but in January 2016 I got a Wacom tablet and started learning digital art. It's a steep learning curve, and I hope to document my journey here.

I heard a story once — as a matter of fact, I’ve heard a lot of stories in my time. They began with the sound of a tinny piano playing in a parlor downstairs…and they usually end with an octopus in a top hat. I have no idea where he got it from and it seemed rude to ask, but there’s no way I’m gonna take it away from him. They’ve been through too much together, it just wouldn’t be right. If I was to take it, I just know I’d regret it. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of my life.
