Sure!
If you're doing lineless art, use a slightly darker color to define certain lines, that way things that are the same color don't blend together.
Look up refs when you're unsure of how to draw something, and take your time practicing.
Sketching first can sometimes help, especially if you have a program that allows multiple layers, this way you can get an idea of how you want the drawing to go. (Paint tool sai, gimp, i think paint.net)
Be sure to clean up loose specks (Like if there's black or white specks on a character where they shouldn't be, color over them!).
Take your time, that's always the #1 important thing.
I'm not too great with advice ahaha I'm sorry, my motto is to just keep practicing and experimenting, and don't let people get you down! Art should be something you enjoy. <3
