yep. Have you ever watched that show Mystery Diners? In one ep. some group used a restaurant to do "Civil War history tours" 

For $120 you could experience Civil War style rations (Saltines and Salami from your local store)

And for an extra $250 you can try real Civil War era wine! (Actually wine from the restaurant that vinegar was poured into).

And all of this without the restaurant owner's permission YAY!
