Great gallery!
Remember; in photography, using the flash is a last resort. Try to set up a lighting situation indoors that fits the mood you are attempting to portray, and take your outdoor photographs between8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Low, afternoon/early morning sunlight softens shadows and eliminates the need for the flash. 12:00 p.m. is not a good time to shoot; direct sunlight creates harsh shadows and creates an over-abundance of contrast.
