I'm picking up a Copy of Gray's Anatomy, any pointers for Perspective and Composition?

Hmm... The only real advice is when working on perspective and composition would be to draw only what you want the viewer to see, and let them figure out what you want them to know from it, but just be sure to give them just enough information to come to that conclusion.
