Hey there,

For me to explain that, it would take quite a bit of time.. There’s many tutorials on here. Just look up “How to make a journal skin.” Honestly it’s not too hard.

Some tutorials have templates you can just put an image url in. You have to know a bit of the basics to edit fonts, sizes of texts, and other things.
