But it is stealing because you edited the picture and gave the character a different name. You called it your own art even though you didn't draw it. And earlier you gave no credit to the original screenshot.

No offense but you should try drawing your character instead of just recoloring an image of Sakura simply for this one reason, a recolored Sakura is not an original character. If you don't do that then at least give the credit to the creator of Sakura, and the entire Naruto series for that matter, Masashi Kishimoto for creating the very character you recolored.
