So yeah. It's not like I just throw words at a blank Word document and call it poetry. I don't want to write junk, I want to write something worthwhile, stuff people would actually want to read (if they would even give it a chance-I've written stuff before and no one wanted to read them on the grounds of it being fan-fiction or on the grounds of it being poetry...>_> It's both a curse and a blessing to be good at writing types of literature that tend to have not so good reputations...). I mean, no one wants to read a fan fiction from a nobody. D: And no one wants to read poetry because they'd rather read an original story. Granted, some of my earliest poetry on deviantART is rather junk, before I got serious with it and decided to put more effort into them.
Nevertheless, I won't write poetry for you, but will do something else for you of your choice. What will it be?
Oh! And when I said comic, I didn't mean one with a plot. I meant a sequence. >< My bad. More specifically, I want a before, during, and after sequence of transformation. >< I'm just too used to calling any artwork with multiple panels a "comic". ><
But never mind about the art trade, I think I'll turn it into a request from you--I write or draw something for you, you won't need do anything for me in return. Consider it an apology from me because I was so stupid to think that the art trade was even fair (I feel like such an idiot). So, instead of asking for something from you, I'll write/draw something for you instead. I want to make it up, somehow. T_T

Ahaha! Don't stress about it Midday. And it's not tha tI don't think that poetry has its own effort and charms, it's just that the amount of time and effort required is a bit different. I used to write poetry myself, in fact, so I know the feeling.
You also don't have to feel bad when I say I don't think it was a fair trade. That's what negotiating is for, ay? It's where each weighs what they want and don't want out of the trade and come to an agreement. Like haggling, etc. No need to feel blue after a rejection; it just means you adjust it to find out how much you're willing to give versus how much you're willing to receive for what you give. A trade is only made once not one, but both parties are happy; that's how markets have worked for years.
You don't have to give up, and you don't have to give me anything for an apology. S'all good man. ^_^
