Hello, hello, hello everybody!
My mind has actually been pestering me to open up a deviantart account, but I never did on the grounds that I never ever produced any sort of art/photo/music/etc. by myself (though I'm always more than willing to help people in this if I can)... Of course, after going to Anime Boston 2009, I'd met so many great dealers at the Artist Alley that I figured I would have to finally set one up to establish future contact with everyone.
For those of you that don't remember me by name tag, I was dressed as Naruhodo Ryuichi (Phoenix Wright) from the Ace Attorney series. I didn't have a proper attorney's badge for a majority of the first day, so I have to thank jenasu for happening to be selling these! With that, I'm confident I can have a much easier time changing into the suit and feel like a legendary defense attorney... who relies a bit too much on his assistants and colleagues bursting into the courtroom last minute to win his cases? :S
In any case, perhaps I'll be able to come up with an idea as to what I might be able to present on this page.

Oh, no problem. I loved the colors- I only know how to sketch (and I probably can't say that with a straight face), so pieces like that are always great to see.

I definitely don't want all the things I've learned up until this point to wither away though, so I'm going to get back on the tablet. I DID start a really complicated picture with Sephiroth and Cloud (I guess I can explain in more detail when I have it closer to finished), but I think it may take a while... I want it to come out right :/.

Hey, if you're going to be distracted from the internet by any game, Final Fantasy is the way to go! Which one are you playing? I'm playing through IX for the first time...and replaying VI at the moment

Well, I finished FFIX yesterday (I think with most of the sidequests completed) and I started FFVIII today, so I'm afraid I'm going to be addicted for a bit longer... FFVIII was my favorite one in the series, so I could see myself spending a lot of time on it again.
On the other hand, I think I grew to find Zidane my favorite protagonist. I thought Squall and Cloud were way too emo/brooding/montonous, and I thought Tidus and Vaan were a bit whiny. :/

Ha, I haven't played 10, 8 or 12 yet so I can't compare...but I love me some Zidane <3 I didn't find Cloud to be as emo as a lot of people say, but I didn't find him as interesting, either. In IX I'm at the part where we're following a bunch of black mages who kidnapped Eiko and climbing up a volcano...pretty serious business

Hmmm. I can give Cloud a little leeway, definitely, but I always thought that Squall has the personality of a brick.
I guess at the time they thought it would be cool to make a "loner" type character the protagonist, but I'd say about 80% of his responses in the game involve "...", "Forget it" or "None of your business" in some way or form. I guess some people find that sort of thing attractive/interesting, but I always thought his personality was bleh :/.
On the other hand, Tidus is pretty close to Zidane (except he whines and complains a lot) o_o.

I gotcha; I don't think I saw any Daisies, but I definitely saw several Trucy players- I know I definitely ran into a Trucy who was with an Apollo, though. Still, I wish we had some more Ace Attorney characters this year, haha.
