Hey Hyaroo, who would win in a race: Sonic the Hedgehog or Swift Heart Rabbit?

Probably Sonic. And I'm saying this as someone who isn't a particularly big fan of the blue hedgehog, but I think Sonic just has more stamina. ^_^
Swift Heart's speed is supreme in short bursts -- I remember one comic where she managed to collect all the shards from a shattering vase before they hit the ground -- so I think at short distances she could easily match Sonic or maybe even outright beat him with a bit of luck.
Medium-length races, Swift Heart would probably not lose too badly -- we've seen her run over some distances at a breakneck speed, even if she didn't seem to be quite as fast then.
In long races, though,Β I think Sonic would rake in the win fairly easily. That hedgehog can keep running at top speed for ridiculous lengths of time, something we haven't seen Swift Heart do.

Aw. thanks. I always thought poses and expressions were important characterization tools -- or at the very least, they shouldn't look too stilted or bland. I have noticed that sometimes I do slip into a more stilted/bland pose or expression, but I at least try to avoid it. Glad to find out that someone noticed. ^_^
