Lol, yes, that is Nicolas Cage. His face is Photoshopped onto a lady. It's a movie reference. Although, for what movie, I'm not sure.

I suppose it's a reference to the movie Psycho by A. Hitchcock. All these scenes of ladies being stabbed with a knife during taking a bath, you know. But to Β it looks more like a male body than female though. Not sure if its exactly Nicolas's body (like head seems proportionally too big), but I'm really sure it's a body of a man.

Lol, she is clutching her chest though, which would cause the boobs to be hidden behind the arms. However, I suppose it could be a male body. I have no clue, as I could not find the original picture that the Photoshopper took the body from.

Yeah, but I'm pretty sure that if this was a female body, then boobs would be "standing out" more. Whereas this chest is rather flat. I don't know what kind of bodies this person mixed but it would make sense to be a female body since people killed in the movie were all women, but it still looks more masculine. Maybe it's a body of Nicolas Cage, with just enlarged head?
