My Adoption Rules!
You must ask for the adopt and I must agree to you adopting before you pay or use it.
You cannot use an adopt from me until it is fully paid for to me.
Be fair, NO RESELLING EVER! If I catch you reselling, not only will I cut you off from getting anything from me ever, but the person who bought the unfairly resold design will be revoked the right they think they have to the character. So do not buy resold characters without making sure the original seller is okay with it!
In the event that you no longer want the design, please let me know. I will take the character back, though you are not guaranteed a refund, I will see what I can do. For example, once I resell it, I may give you your refund.
Gifting is okay as long as you inform me before adopting. Do not give design away later without my permission. And be sure the person receiving the design understands the rules also.
You may change their name, appearance, gender etc. once they are yours, and as long as they are still recognizeable to the original designs.
You do not own my original species and must credit me for them!
Me not personally telling you these rules in conversation does not excuse you. Me not listing these rules on every single design or adopt sheet does not excuse you. Follow my rules.
