I'm in the exact same boat. I've sent her a note and have gotten no reply. So I thought, well, it's easy for her to avoid me there so I posted the same message on her profile. I've yet to hear anything back.
I'm absolutely p*ssed off if I'm completely honest. Why hold a contest if you're not going to honour it? But thanks for replying; I thought maybe she was just ignoring me

No, I've felt the same way, and at first I was hurt, then I was like F*ck it.
I've run into this a couple times with her, and though I still love her artwork I'm just figuring it's a flake thing. But then part of me wondered if I only won because she and I are friends. She had asked me if I'd write a story for her and she'd link it and announce it on her profile but she never did. Then she got all wrapped up in that doujinshi she was doing with that other FF writer and I'm like "whatever"...
