i am a writer.
twisting and contorting the truth is something that’s in my blood. my grandmother worked at a library for years upon years, delighting children with stories that she made up off the top of her head. i will, and always will, stretch the truth. i make up grandiose stories about how i met someone famous or how i was rescued by a prince charming or how i’m such an amazing person.
can’t you see that i’m not?
i always blow everything out of proportion. i like rewriting the story of my life because i want to cover up the truth. you may know that i was badly hurt by an ex-boyfriend, mentally, but you don’t know exactly what he did. you may know that i don’t like being touched, especially my sides, but you don’t know exactly why. you may know that i’m completely petrified of the dark, but you don’t know exactly how that started.
please, reach out to me. try to understand why i am the way i am, and most importantly, why i write. read my prose and decode it. find the truth that lies buried underneath.
