Think law of diminishing returns.
And the ratio of effort to views.
From a marketing sense, you would want the most views for the least effort. Which does not always mean doing the best work possible.

A good example of the law of diminishing returns is:
In 15 minutes you can clean a carpet 90% with a vaccuume. But it may take 2 hours to get the other 10%. Because you'll end up picking up specks of dust with tweasers.
