Hello! Not sure if you're still active here but I love that SPH pack you made.
Could I ask you for help regarding making a SPH? For some reason when I try to change the file to .sph it doesn't work right, it keeps it as whatever file it was before with the .sph just being part of the file's name.
If you like I could try to send screenshots.

(If this looks like a wall of text, I just over explained a bit. I promise it's an easy fix!)
If you're on Windows, open any folder and look at the top where File, Home, View, etc are, and click on View tab. Over on the right you should see 3 check boxes. Check "File name extensions" and your files should now show as Example.png instead of just Example.
(If you're on an older version of Windows, google it, because the setting changed places every other generation. If you're not using Windows at all, same deal, just google "change file extensions Linux/Apple/Whatever")
Now when you change it, it should pop up a message saying whoooa you're changing the extension, is that ok?! Say yes, rename any others you have, then uncheck the box so you don't accidentally break something... And DONE! Have fun with your shiny new sph's! :3

hey there, so I downloaded your old spa/sph file pack and I wanted to ask your permission first before using it on a part as I plan to put it up as a pay-to-use download. the description of the deviation didn't say anything about it and there was no readme file included so I thought I'd ask first. ^_^

The description absolutely DOES say something about it. Check it again.
Though if it's a pay-to-use download, I really suggest you make your own.
Those things are incredibly simple to make.
Save any image as .png, then just change the extension to .spa or .sph.
I think they also need to be 200x200 pixels (or whatever the ones in the pack are), but it's been an eternity, so I don't remember. The size may not matter, but smaller file sizes are always nice.

I'm trying to use your tutorial about converting models into MMD using Blender. The only thing is, Blender won't let me install the scripts needed to do so. I get to the "User pref addons" tab and then try to install them but they don't show up after I've clicked "Install from file". Can you help me with this?

You're installing it a totally different way than the tutorial has you do it, so no, sorry...
All you need to do to "install" these is manually move them into the right folders.Β
All I can say is 1) make sure you unzipped/extracted the scripts to begin with 2) make sure you're using the matching version of Blender.
If the files are still zipped or rared, they will probably won't show up anywhere regardless. They also only work with Blender 2.49 and earlier.Β
I guess also make sure you're looking at the right tutorial... If you're following something telling you toΒ click Install from File, that's not in mine, so go back and reread whatever source that told you that.
