Yeah same here. My Sam Fisher is all rusty... He's old, LOL. Well, there used to be this site, but now it's been down for a while. The admin had her reasons. So far, I've been doing PMing RPs and MSN or AIM RPs 'cause I haven't found a place to resurrect the old man. I have some ideas in my head I'd like to try though.

Oh no worries. LOL. I haven't been in dA for a while since I've been off in duty... for a while. So I saw all those faves and stuff and I thought it would be highly annoying to thank you for each of them in separate comments. So... one big comment. I like to thank people individually.

LOL. What were you writing that you got stuck? A friend of mine and myself used to do crack RPing and it would help us to get us inspired once again. Sometimes it even gave s new ideas for new stories and our crack RPies ended up having serious plots.

Lol Sam Fisher is indeed..old xD. I used to do all my RPing on a site called Gaia Online there's little forums there where you can get set up. Although it's where us Anime nerds usually go [Due to the avatars you make on there to look like you or any character out there]. Seriously though, It's been AGES since I've RP'd literally feeling like a vet RPer here haha!

Not annoying at all! Rather enjoyable actually, also loving the uber fast reply I got! .

Basically ALL the stories I start to write, I need a fire lit under my ass, currently working on Ch. 2 of that EndWar fic though.

Yes. Pun oh so intended, LOL.I saw Gaia few times back in the day. Never actually joined it since my RPing doesn't cover the anime grounds very well. It's usually video games, movies, series, books and my OCs (get a lot of those with D&D lol). Which characters have you RPied?

You can't prove that!! -shifty eyes-. That's the style of RP that I did,I never did Anime styled. As for characters? I've always done OC's guess I'm selfish and would want Sam Fisher or Solid Snake to myself .

Music helps me a lot mainly the band Kamelot, and Breaking Benjamin those get me in the writing mood especially with Military styled books like Endwar: The Hunted or Ghost Recon: Combat Ops.

LOL. Well, I am actually looking for a Solid Snake. As for playing Sam, I've been alone in the internets. I only met one person who RPied him other than myself and we came up with a story that wow... Two Sam Fishers of sorts. It was pretty awesome. Never finished it though . And to think that it started with crack RP, lol. I don't mind other people playing the characters I usually play 'cause I get to learn a few things from them. Sometimes the fellow RPiers notices some things about Sam that I don't, or make certain personalities aspects shine more. So I pick that up and learn from them. As for OCs, I have a few in the Clansy-verse, characters that I keep in reserve in case I need to create a plot. Their backgrounds change depending on plot, but their personalities stay the same. Most of the OCs are D&D Classic related or attached to dark fantasy of sorts, and most of them appear in a book I'm working on for my friends, lol. I brought them into the Fallout world and others a few times, whic s always pretty cool. I don't have OCs in the MGS Universe, but when it comes to crossovers between SC and MG, I bring my plot OCs into play, lol.

With me, I guess it depends. I usually go for instrumental: Steve Jablonsky, Hanz Zimmer, Jeremy Soule, Howard Shore (too much Lord of the Rings, LOL) and others. If it comes to things with lyrics, 30 Seconds to Mars (the one I was using for that weird story with a friend of mine), Ill Niño, Metallica... I don't know. It depends. Breaking Benjamin is pretty cool too. Sometimes I go on the random and listen to R.E.M. or the Beatles; ACDC, Accept and ZZ Top are reserved for when writing Sam Fisher. It fits the age LOL.

I. Love. Fallout. I personally have never done crossover RP's. Also I could never do an actual character like Eva or Elena [from uncharted] because I feel I wouldn't be able to do them justice.

As for your music choices I sadly only recognize Hans Zimmer [As I don't watch LOTR like...ever] I LOVE Metallica, R.E.M., The Beatles, ACDC, Accept and ZZ Top lol it does fit his age XD

No need to use all the characters. Crossovers can be fun, as long as there's a descent reason as to why the characters are where they are. Some crossovers are easier than others (SC/MGS/SF). Others are just there in the same universe (Clancy, lol). And others need to be worked around (SC/Fallout). But there's always a way to pull a descent plot to drag at least characteristics from the different universes into the plot.

Steve Jablonsky, you might recognize him from Transformers 1 and Gears of War 2. Howard Shore of course LOTR, Jeremy Soule from Elder Scrolls - as long as far as I can remember lol - and GuildWars, some D&D games too like Icewindale I think. And yes, that old school Rock N' Roll deal fits him very well. But I didn't make this up, LOL. There was this blog in which 'Sam Fisher' spoke to his fans. He mentioned his like for music in one of his posts. Damn that was back in SC: Chaos Theory I think.

I completely agree but I'm actually surprised in my Endwar fic that I was actually satisfied with how I portrayed him. I have no idea what others felt about it but I am pretty darn proud *puffs out chest*.

As for Steve Jablonsky I recognize him mostly from Gears of War 2 [I.fucking.love.the.gears.series] I think when it came to SC: Conviction the song that best fit him would have been Back in the Saddle by Aerosmith [lol]. As for this blog I would KILL to see it, hopefully it's still floatin' 'round the web somewhere... Since talking to you, you are seriously making me want to RP again.
