Well.. its someone who doesnt belong in the country I live in, meaning... Someone who sneaks into the country and doesnt become a citizen and doesnt want to learn my country's language or pay taxes or anything and expect to live here and raise a family.. Then expects my country to wait on them hand and food to accomidate them so they can live here for free. They also try to have children in my country so they have an excuse to stay here and not become a citizen... and no im not talking about people who become citizens or come here to visit.
Its just a view of mine that Im VERY strong on, since I live in Southern California.. erg! Wow I over-explained that hehe.
