# About me

Its been 3 years since I joined Deviant Art and I haven't done this yet...wow...


Where to begin... well I like to go by Keyaki. I'm currently a freshmen in college(well...community college, but not for long...)

I don't really have a major but I'm planning on majoring in Computer Science and Video Game Development.

I love video games as you can see. Legend of Zelda, .Hack, Pokemon, Devil May Cry, Assassin's Creed, and Jak and Daxter are the games I love. Jak and Daxter in particular is my ultimate FAVORITE!!! I'm also kinda of a nerd with video games. I'm a member of Zelda Universe(ZU) and am one of many Theorists of Legend of Zelda. I also know a lot about .Hack(seriously, like A LOT a lot, ask me anything), and Assassin's Creed. But I hate bragging about that. As you can see in my gallery, I also love the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game, though I don't duel anymore(never was that good...)

In terms of art, well...to be straight, I SUCK at drawing. Over a decade, I would try drawing and suck to badly that I give up. But I do own Photoshop CS5 and taught myself a few things other than drawing from scratch. Hopefully when I transfer whatever university I get into, I can finally learn. I mainly want to learn how to make Character Sprites for my own Pokemon game.

Oh yes, I'm also in the process of making my own Pokemon game. Its nowhere near finished and I don't have a team, but I'm trying to learn by teaching myself, and its fun, even by myself.

I did mention Video Game Development and Computer Programming. Well I've been interested in Computer Programming and creating video games since I was at least 11. I have experience with some languages. GML(Game Maker Language), Java(least amount of experience) and I'm currently taking a C++ class. It the funnest language I've dealt with...though still confusing at times...

In terms of making video games, besides teaching myself RPG Maker XP, I've also created a few games from a program called Game Maker's Apprentice...maybe a little too easy..

That's about all for me, I'm kind of squeamish about introducing myself on the internet...
