I was just wondering, what do you use to remove your makeup/facepaint?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
KyleeGreider In reply to shelby-nicole [2010-06-17 05:49:25 +0000 UTC]
WELL, first i just use generic walmart makeup wipes to get the majority of the "goop" off. Once the stain is left, i hop in the shower, and using this little "scrublet" thing that came with my facewash, the lorel 360 clean, i scrub away Comes off pretty easily.

Thanks for the Fav! What is the concept behind the collection you added it to?

Well, your picture has nothing to do with the others. The others were part of a still life.
Im atually drawing a welding superhero for science. We had to choose an element, and make a superhero out of it (This is 9th grade honors.. how depressing).

Sounds like it could be fun. I would enjoy seeing what you come up with (I hate ending with a preposition).
Just for your information, the original study was derived from some on site sketches (the plant that had just hired me, was still under construction), and a copyright free photo from a gimp training page (I would have to look up the address if you are interested). The photographs I took with my crappy camera didn't turn out, so I had to freshen up my view of the sketches with an outside reference photo.
If I had to do it again, I would up the intensity of the spark trails. The value is too subtle compared to the background and they get lost in the background. But it is a quick study that was supposed to be part of the development of a larger work, that never evolved.

did you actually draw any of it? or is it all comp?

Amairis In reply to KyleeGreider [2008-09-28 01:45:42 +0000 UTC]
Actually, it was originally a picture of a campfire. I moved the camera a certain way so the flames blured into the swirls, inversed the colors, and then added some extra bits of color using the tint option on photobucket.
