Yayz! Hey I just realized that when you finish your novel you might get a fan following of some sort and be kinda famous. Like people might make fanfic of it. and comics and art and stuff. And since we know each other if I meet you at some book signing if it gets popular enough and some jerk bad mouths you I can defend you without it being too weird and out of nowhere. Like I imagine him complaining to his cousin who's an actual fan all like "ya done with this loser or what?" and Imma be like "She wasn't talking to you. Now shut it before I shove my foot so far up your ass that i can wear you as a legwarmer." idk why but i wanted to be able to say this cuz i wanna know how you imagine this going down. lol :3

Wow. To be honest, that's a dimension I never actually thought of. Being kind of famous, having fan works being made in response... It's making me all tingly just thinking about it!
Plus, you get the honor of being able to tell people that you're friends with the author and stuff.
