Shipping cost is the most annoying thing to figure out ~laughs~ I still haven't figured it out for prints but have a hang of it for the jewelry. I would think it's almost similar, $2.50 for inside the US and $3-3.50 for outside the US.

I've only given one refund, to a bitchy seller who asked me to create a banner for them. Even though my design made the shop seem more professional, she didn't like it because it didn't have silhouettes and wood (which she didn't mention to begin with), and then she took weeks to tell me that she would send me some photo examples...she never did, and a few months later she asked for a refund. Some people it's just better off giving them a refund
