Hi Im Lovz2Draw and this girl in the pic above is one my Main furrie this is Crystabella Gem shes my 1st furrie i ever made and drew with my wacom ~^_^~ I have a whole Flood of furries working on reff sheets for all them i should be done sometime next year or later LOL

Because that's the way Uncle Walt did it.....who never gave an explanation as to why.  My best guess would be that he wanted to give the hands some definition.  Character such as mickey, goofy, the beagle boys, etc for example all have black skin / fur....the characters are against a dark background or the hands are against the body, they pretty much disappear without some exaggerated outlining (which eats up animation time).

well acording to Jellyneo the faerie paint brush is 1,200,000 NP but if you look in neopets tradeing post  the cheapest one is  1.25 million ...thats just the paint brush ..and the Bori Morphing Potion is like 150k
