Heya!Β So I have no idea if you're still interested, but just in case you are, I've updated my Marble Hornets fanfic, "Pretender":
Pretender, ACT 1Act 1
Scene 1: Β Lost
Β Β Β Β Lightning crackled in the distance while a soft blue-tinted light poured in through the small cracks of a shaded window. Β Soft murmurs of comfort could be heard against the groans of a child, and underneath the covers of his bed lay a small boy, throat raw and nose pouring like the rain thrumming against his roof.Β The boy had begun to whimper as his mother stuck a thermometer in his mouth and placed a hand on his forehead. Β The hand was cool, comforting, and he cried when she moved it.
Β Β Β Β "Brian..."
Β Β Β Β "No!" he whined, quickly grabbing his mother's hand in protest and pulling it back.
Β Β Β Β The young mother sighed. Β She was at a loss, not knowing what to do with her sick child who was obviously too stubborn to let go. Β It would be easy to just pull away her hand, leaving the curled up mess to tough it out until he fell asleep.

Scene 1: Lost and Found
Β Β Β Β Alex held his camera in his hands nervously, watching as another him wandered around a playground late at night.Β Β He sat on his bed and stared at the screen in disbelief.Β He couldn't remember any of this ever happening.Β The footage had no sound, but that didn't stop him from religiously watching it anyway, as if something important was about to take place.
Β Β Β Then suddenly, on camera, a swing moved on its own and his mouth dropped as the camera shifted.Β A tall, faceless figure was walking towards him.
Β Β Β Alex jumped after he heard a knock at his door, and he quickly changed the tape in his camera and hit record.Β Standing up, he knocked over a tiny white bottle of pills and shouted, "Yeah!Β Hold on!"
