Program doesn't matter much in sprite/pixel art, but yea in Gimp you have some nice, helpful options (opacity as example). And thanks for watch

I don't know and I'm not sure... it can be 10 minutes or even hour ;D. It take more time, if you aren't decided in colours or concept...
