Commissions always cost money, free art is called "requests".
Remember that it's very hard to sell art on this site unless you are very popular, I can barely sell art myself even if I've been here for almost 10 years.

Making money is not part of this site! You can't receive money on deviantart, you need a bank account and you need to be over 18 yo.
And please don't talk about making money on day 1, this is an art community not ebay! You should focus on making friends, not on making money!
