You know I'm actually pretty angry you'd take other people's works and put filters over them and call them "renders."
Doing stuff like that is one of the exact reasons why Pixiv wanted to region lock their website. Unless you've gotten full permission from the artist to edit over and post their artwork, you are stealing and claiming their work even with full credit. What's even more is that these so called renders are getting favorites upon favorites, which is complete BS to me.
I don't think you would understand it at all. But that's okay. You can continue to steal the work that people spent days on only for you to take, edit over, and wallow in fame for posting. I'm surprised you haven't been condemned for reposting.

Get permission from the artists first. If you don't know how to find the original artwork of the artist (let's say you find it randomly on weheartit or zerochan and there is no link to the original artist)
Take the url of the image (right click >> copy image url) go to google image search and click on the little camera in the search bar. Click search by url and paste the url.
Usually the artist has their own website, pixiv, tumblr, dA etc. etc. contact them through there and ask them for permission to use their artwork. Otherwise do not use the artwork. It's best to remove them and keep the work to yourself. On the top dA bar, you can hover over Submit>>Manage Deviations and then store the ones you have up so you don't have to delete them personally.
