Thank you. I love your enamel work. My next purchase after an upgraded torch kit is a small kiln. Enameling is probably my favorite means of putting image into my metal work.

Good Morning to you. Enamels! How cool! I want to drop you a quick note before my "demon-infested" computer goes on the fritz again. Had a friend upgrade my computer and am going to take it back to him and ask that he restore it to its former self....or drive a stake through its heart. A winter Hello Michele.
Hope you are getting on well. Spring is on its way soon. A few more weeks of this. I am nearing the end of making Man-in-the-Moons. Show is up in a few weeks. Weather has been sop bad that getting photos outside has been out of the question for the most part. But, I will get them as I can. More later, john

Michele, thanks for writing. I have about 16 pieces for the show. If things go right, I will have all the pieces up onto the website in early March. You made me remember... a pal of mine and I used to head to the tavern in the village we lived near, on March 1. He always figured March 1 to be the true first day of Spring. So, we would wear our cut off blue jeans, a short-sleeved shirt and sunglasses, no matter the weather. Looked pretty odd I have to say. After a couple years, the customers became used to this silliness and quit taking much note of it. But it remained fun and we did it for nearly 10 years. Smitty

Yep, Spring is on the way (although we may not have had the last of the snow, who knows). I saw my first snow drops of the year the other day while walking the dog.... A lovely reminder of things to come. Nice to hear from you, take care. Michele

A bright sunny day here. I am waiting for a buddy to arrive. He and I are going to a rail-trail south of here and ride bikes today. Great pieces on your site. I, myself, am thrashing about in the studio beginning to build a number of Man-In-the-Moon themed works, all large for a show in January.
Kind of scary to me as it is uncharted waters. So much spontaneity ....Smitty
