No, you can't. They only accept text deviations. However, you can use the picture as the preview image and, whoever sees the deviation will see the picture. Here is an example: [link]

It's okay! We're always learning more and more everyday! =D (Big Grin)
After you enter text as your deviation, a little pencil will appear on the upper right hand side of the box where the thumbnail of your deviation is. If you click it a drop-down menu will appear and one of the options will be 'Change preview image' or something. And if you chose an image, it should work. I hope it helps!
