Ok how about this?

A woman is exposed to a mysterious chemical and shrinks to a few inches in height. She has sex with her lover and this includes climbing inside her vagina so that they can both experience great pleasure. However the tiny woman begins to grow inside of the other woman. Quickly she is too big to get out the way that she came in and she is growing fast.

Unfortunately events move too quickly and she grows to the point where she explodes out of her lover but she can't mourn as she grows beyond her normal size and fills up the room. She eventually bursts out of the house as well.
