Let's say Squishy the person fell into the labyrinth, and had the intention of destroying it. But Samuel had this one stone that has the power to perform one miracle. Intend of killing Squishy, he turns him into a massive dog to help protect the place. Their friendship grows throughout the story as they fight to stop the labyrinth from collapsing in on itself as less and less people want to read. Samuel lies to Squishy, telling him that once the labyrinth is secured, he can turn him back into a human so that Squishy will help him secure the labyrinth. But Squishy discovers the truth, and they have a fight that results in Squishy running away. And the monsters of ignorance almost get Sam, but Squishy comes in at the last moment, using his powers of knowledge to defeat the monsters and save Sam
and other stuff but these are just ideas XD
