About dA-Yoga-Challenge
Yoga has been widely proven to be good for the body and also helps alleviate stress and can make a difference in our physical and mental health. dA-Yoga-Challenge was started by some of the Community Volunteers and a few staff members as a personal project to help us either try yoga for the first time or come back to the mat and to our practices. We started as a 30-day practice challenge, but now we are persisting into the future.
Every week, we post new yoga challenges. We try to post things that will be useful both for beginners and for more intermediate practitioners. We also post relaxation practices like Yoga Nidra and meditation.
