Excuse me if this seems in any way offensive, but I'm not sure how it's considerate if I were to comment. I don't just fave artworks for the hell of it, or else I would have done so on all of your pieces. I liked each and every one that I added to my favorites, but I do understand that some people just fave things without taking much time to actually admire the piece. Again, no harm intended with my words.

How would you expect me to KNOW that you truly liked my artwork based on a fave alone? I know nothing about what you liked, which aspect caught your attention, why you think something works etc. from a simple fave. All I know is that you added it to your collection, that is all. Also, I take your words with a grain of salt regarding "I liked each and every one that I added to my favorites". You clearly fave bomb A LOT of people, and I doubt anyone can truly admire so many artworks by seeing them for a few seconds each. Chances are you won't even return to my stuff again. With a comment (a well thought out one, not just "cool" or another one word statement), is to me proof that the person liked it and also WHY they liked it. Faves to me are pretty much meaningless.

I understand what you're saying and I apologize for the "fave bombing". I haven't heard of the term until now because I honestly didn't think it mattered. I have been inactive on deviantART for about a year and a half because of college and so, I managed to collect about 11,000 deviations from those that I watch. I'm currently at 6,716 so I have a lot to go. Though I never faved and/or removed these deviation stacks from my notification center until now, I would check in every now and again when I had the chance and look through the art. Just like you don't know whether or not I truly liked your artwork, you also don't know whether or not I took the time to admire each piece. You're right, I do "fave bomb" a lot of people but I have looked at the works beforehand and then finally went through them again to fave and remove the works from my notification center. DeviantART is a place to share art and admire the work of others, it's something you don't usually see elsewhere. I apologize for the inconvenience and I will keep that in mind for the future. I've already been removed from your watch list so I won't bother you again. Good luck in all of your future endeavors.

1. Why is fave bombing 11000 deviations a necessity? Better to focus on the few things you actually like. I never saw fave-bombing as a project to get completed. 
2. "you also don't know whether or not I took the time to admire each piece". Funny but your argument actually supports one. Yes if I don't have solid evidence (comments) that you admired my stuff then it might as well mean you didn't. It's like an event: it didn't occur if it wasn't recorded. My side is one requiring of proof but not demanding of giving it, yours is one which should give evidence to liking it. Hence why your argument is flawed. 
3. DeviantART is also a place where people can receive feedback, make friends with other artists, etc. You're limiting yourself by only faving.
4. I find it funny you removed yourself from watching me. I saw the message saying you did, and frankly didn't care that you actually don't watch me. I thought you accidentally clicked the watch button, now I know this isn't the case. Well, based on how you handle the people you watch I would have kicked you in time anyway... in my watcher clean outs.
