I had a random idea I wanted to throw your way.
I was just remembering the old Dynamo Joe comic book. DJ was just about the only US made comic that successfully captured the feel of a space-robot epic anime. In it, Earth and her allies were trying to stave off the advance of an unstoppable alien menace that was sweeping over civilized space like giant green locust. (Which they strongly resembled, if memory serves.)
At the end of the series, it was finally revealed that the unstoppable alien vanguard was actually a refugee herd that was running from something far, far worse.
Suppose you have your Repsonsibility character reveal to one of his weary "victims" that he is trying to save them from an even more frightening entity---Consequences!!!!!

hahahah. I actually thought up a whole origin of Responsibilities. It ended up being so grim due to him not taking responsibilities seriously he and his family died. So then it was his sworn duty to make sure others would not make the same mistakes he did.

Yup, that's right. The idea was she went partying a little bit too hard and went to a tattoo place with friends. And she had no clue how she got it (similar to the Hangover movie plot) Just at the time. A lot of stuff I had on my plate so I had to drop the story. At least at the time.

I love pokemon. I wish I would've kept the collection of stuff that I owned. I lost them somewhere with the moving I did when I was in my 20s

Jeez that SUCKS. I bet you anything the stuff you had back then would be worth a ton nowadays. The older items are either beaten up, or hoarded by obsessive collectors that sell stuff for insane amounts. As someone who only started collecting a few years ago, there's stuff I'll probably never get a hold of.
If you're still wanting to collect I have a bunch of stuff I wanna get rid of, as I've decided to focus on just electric types and Mews.

The only thing I have left is a Raichu Pokemon Dog tag that's in my car. I use to own several of the games. And a lot of figurines. I have a Emolga in the house because that's Rictor's favorite Pokemon. So I went to a convention to buy one for him.

I am pretty sure the dog tags are easy to come by. The original games that haven't had their internal clocks run out are worth a fair bit and who knows what the figurines are worth, I've paid up to $28 for figurines before.
