I think most of it is natural. I've always written things down; ever since I was a toddler. My Mum used to tell my brother and me that we were actually mental coz our Dad has hereditary depression. And she believes this is transformed into "dark images" with me. I guess that's why I struggle with happy poems. hehe.
But I've worked hard to improve. I'm in my 3rd year of an English degree and have done workshops etc.
I'll always comment on literature, so if you do write anything new up expect my critique.

I always have a problem writing alot on the same "paper", I am in a band so I usually just write lyrics, and they are not that long

Do you have MSN? It's easier to one-to-one (oo tht sounded naughtier than it meant to).
You go through various approaches when working an idea. I can suggest to you what I tend to do, and what I've been told works for some others. See if it helps at all.
